‘UltraKriti’ is an amalgamation of words ‘Ultra’ and ‘Kriti’ which when put together means ‘beyond exquisite work of art’.
I started this dream project in 2017 with a passion for high quality and graceful fashion and thus chose the timeless needlework art of Chikankari, which in its literal sense means ’embroidery’. Chikan embroidery has a unique grace and elegance, courtesy the Nawab element of Lucknow that has had a major influence on the way this handicraft art has developed. Legends trace its birth to Noor Jahan, the wife of Mughal emperor Jahangir, who is believed to have been inspired by Turkish embroidery.
At UltraKriti, you will find a wide range of exquisitely hand embroidered outfits in various fabrics like Mul cotton to Pure georgettes. Along with exquisite embroidery you will witness the fusion of work like ‘Zardozi’, ‘Aari, ‘Kaamdani’, ‘Cut dana’, ‘Muqaish’ that helps bring to life an outfit, the delicacy of the past heritage and freshness of latest trends.
We cater to all occasions be it a Wedding, Mehendi, a soiree with friends or the quintessential daily life, keeping intact the element of comfort and elegance.
Through our mix and match options of beautiful Dupattas in Chikankari, Banarasi, Kalamkari, Phulkari and an assortment of accessories like matching jewellery, potli bags, pure cashmere stoles etc. we take immense pleasure in spoiling you for options and creating a one stop shopping experience.
Today, our endeavour is to give you a glimpse of our creations and invite you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
